To whom it may concern,

my husband Daniel and I recently travelled to Bali (April 2015) with our 11 month old daughter Winnie. We have travelled to Bali many times before, approximately 15 times over the years, but never with children. As first time parents, we were not only apprehensive about travelling to another country with a small child, but the thought of hiring a nanny to look her was considerably daunting and not something that we took lightly.

Tuti's services were recommended to us by the W Hotel Seminyak when we asked for assistance with childcare. We wanted to attend a brunch there one afternoon, but fearing that it would be too hot for Winnie to be out in the heat of the day, we felt it was prudent to entrust another with her care. Our reservations were swiftly set aside on the day as Tuti was warm in nature and clearly a nanny at heart. She was not only prompt and on time for this first booking, but for all other times we asked Tuti to mind Winnie for us (a further three occasions) . Had Tuti not been booked prior for later that week, I know that we would have happily booked her for the remaining days.

Tuti always followed our instructions for Winnie regarding her food/bottle timings and was able to settle her well for each sleep. We were able to leave Winnie in her care knowing that she would have Tuti's undivided attention. On return from each outing, Tuti gave us a detailed 'handover' as such regarding what she had eaten, how long she had slept and anything else that they had been doing together.

Again, as first time parents and never leaving her with anyone other than her grandparents, the decision to hire Tuti was not one that we delved into lightly. It was only after much consideration that we decided to do so. I know that when we travel to Bali again in the coming years we will be booking Tuti well in advance to ensure that Winnie is well looked after on the days that we would like some time together as a couple, especially in the evenings when little ones need their sleep routine upheld.

my husband and i come to bali mart 2018 with our two childrens age 1 year oldand the tolder 3 year old
we thouth hiring a nanny for break with this two busy kids
fanely my husband show the good comon on balinanny and one of our frends 2 month ago also used them service and rememended

the agen sent nanny dian to us ,fist time i was nervous but my husband say like them time kids and the nanny to play so
we going for massage for one hour, so when we come they are happy colouring and playing card .
and our planing b4 only used them service for 4 hour but we see if them have good time with a nanny dian my husband say maybe we going out for dinner
and when we back the kids already a sleep
so we asking the nanny can we used more longger for next day she say can
when the children wake my daughter asking where is dian that was 6.30 am
and i say after breakfast your frends we come to play with you and jacob is my litle man.
so we very happy with them service and 10 days in bali we have to back home

As a new family the idea of taking a trip overseas to a forign land is both exciting as is anxiety ridden. Our bigger concern was for our most precious treasure, our five and half month old daughter the balinanny service was recommended endang for us

In short endang astuti was amazing she's not only put our parental anxieties to rest she give our litle one her individed attention from the moment we sadly said goodbye.
I can honestly say not only will we miss tuti but our daughter now same very high exceptions from us as peronts as a result.both I and my partner woul not hesitate referring endah (tuti) your litle one shoul you find your self visiting area fist our holiday could have gone so many ways however thanks to tuti we have come home relaxed filled with fond memories and confident our further in bali with our daughter is our agenda

She's is excellent with Auden and is always one step ahead in term of what to organinise ,feed him and what activities to do with him.
